No life was lost, nobody was inside the stationary red vehicle, witnesses said, although some reports said a woman was inside.
Road safety and Police officers were on the ground to conduct traffic and ward off possible looting from the two vehicles.
One of the vehicles was a right off, according to the mechanic.
